Our Staff

Dr. Carling attended George Washington School of Medicine, which ranks in the top ten in the nation. He completed his residency training at the Albert Einstein Medical Center. After Serving three years as Major in the United States Air Force, he chose to establish his family in Cherokee County, South Carolina. Dr. Carling is an associate professor at VCOM College and trains other doctors in pediatrics.

Melody is a proud native of Gaffney, SC though much of her upbringing was spent in Ohio. She is a graduate of Clemson School or Nursing. Melody has built her career on a foundation of compassionate care and a desire to serve others. Outside of medicine, she finds joy in laughter, giving back to the community, and spending time with her husband and children.

Molly is originally from Florida she came to Gardner-Webb University to play tennis. She graduated with a Bachelor of science in Biology. After undergraduate school, she went to Methodist University for PA school where she got a Masters in Physician Assistant studies. She currently lives in Gaffney, SC and enjoys playing tennis and hiking.

Kaitlyn is a native of Woodruff, SC and a graduate of Chamberlain University Family Nurse Practitioner program. Before obtaining her Master’s Degree, she worked as a Registered Nurse in the Medical/Surgical ICU. She has been serving as a Nurse Practitioner for three years. In her free time she loves to craft, golf, and spend time with friends and family.
